On the last weekend in June, the FEZ Berlin is all about an alternative diet that is becoming increasingly popular. The motto of Rohvolution Berlin 2023 is “Healthy nutrition for body, mind and soul”.
What can you expect at Rohvolution Berlin 2023?
Numerous alternative diets that promote a healthier lifestyle and increased well-being will be presented at the fair. The central theme here is raw food, in which food is not heated above 42°C or cooled below 0°C.
Uncooked food has many benefits. A large number of vitamins and nutrients are lost when food is heated, and healthy fruit and vegetables are replaced by pure carbohydrate carriers such as pasta or rice. The consequences are often a feeling of sluggishness and fullness.
