Like every year in January, the International Green Week takes place at the Berlin Exhibition Center. According to its own information, it is the world’s biggest trade fair for food, agriculture and gardening.
This year’s partner country is Croatia. The country on the Adriatic presents its food with a rich tradition in Hall 10.2 at the International Green Week.
The fair goes over a week and has a comprehensive program around food and beverages.
Many halls are dedicated to individual countries. In addition, Hall 1.2A is particularly interesting for me with a focus on market hall and street food. In Hall 27 it is all about “lust for countryside”, organomics, rural development and multi talent wood which also sounds very interesting.
