What can you expect from “Discover regional root vegetables”?
Purple carrots, beetroot and yellow turnips not only delight us with their intense colors, but also with their varied and often sweet taste. Especially in the colder seasons, when other types of vegetables have been out of season for a long time, root vegetables are THE delicious and healthy ingredient that you should use regularly.
Since all kinds of root vegetables are also grown in large quantities in Germany, they are the climate stars of autumn and winter. Because it’s not just your palate and your health that are happy about regional and seasonal vegetable cuisine. The climate is also really happy thanks to the short transport routes.
Restlos Glück’s cooking workshop shows you how to defy the gray season with brightly delicious root vegetables. Spend happy hours in the kitchen and discover delicious recipes while cooking and tasting together.
