Daniel Does Food is back and once again taking on the beloved hot dogs! If you’re getting a bit sick of those wurst in brötchen from Alex with ketchup oder senf then come down and get legit at Two Fellas Brewery in Pankow.
Hot dogs might seem pedestrian but Daniel is out to prove otherwise. He’s bringing it back to it’s German roots while showcasing the amazing and unique variation they’ve come up with in different parts of the US of A.

Daniel Does Hot Dogs Variations
NEW YORK – Mustard, handmade sauerkraut, onion sauce
CHICAGO – Pickle, celery salt, poppy seeds, tomato, red onion, “neon green” relish, mustard
DENVER – Sour cream, jalapenos, diced red onion, diced green chilli
MEMPHIS – Bacon, barbecue sauce, spring onion, grated cheddar
VEGAN – Smoked vegan sausage (made from Next Level mince), bun, sauerkraut, ketchup, mustard, pickle
(Add 1€ for bacon)

*The snags will be made as close as possible to the first hot dogs, with a Vienna sausage (Wiener) an Austrian variation on the Frankfurter Würstchen. They’re a parboiled and lightly smoked pork and beef sausage in natural casing. Made by the best inn the business courtesy of The Sausage Man Never Sleeps
*The buns will be made New England hot dog rolls; a pull apart style roll cut on the top and toasted on the sides.
*Daniel is making the mustard from scratch as well, he’ll create something that falls halfway between American deli mustard and German senf in order to bridge the two countries.
*Sauerkraut, pickled jalapenos and pickles are made from scratch.
*Memphis BBQ sauce, neon green relish, New York onion sauce are made from scratch.
*Bacon is also from The Sausage Man so you know it’s good!
