The online cooking course alkaline food with Alexandra and Leander Adam is about a healthy, alkaline diet. They say that with the right diet we can increase the performance of our brains and work more efficiently, at the same time we are less tired and less stressed.
What does the alkaline food course include?
You start with seasonal vegetables and wild plants. You will learn how, when and where to properly buy, collect, store and preserve vegetables and wild herbs for the kitchen. You make drinks and breakfast as well as meals that are suitable for the office, lunch and dinner. You take a close look at what is good for the body or what burdens it.
Before the webinar, the participants will receive the participation link and the shopping list. The seminar takes place via the edudip conference system. You have the opportunity to cook live at home or just watch and listen. The webinar will be recorded and can be viewed for a few weeks afterwards.
During the webinar there is space to ask questions and there are many tips and tricks. After the webinar, all participants will receive a digital handout with the recipes.
